Restorative Solutions’ goal is to meet the needs of the Palm Harbor and greater Pinellas/Hillsborough county community by helping people restore function to their lives. We use a biopsychosocial approach with our patients to treat the whole person when it comes to pain, balance and pelvic health impairments.
Restorative Solutions was created to help men and women who suffer from chronic pain, pelvic floor disorders and balance impairments live life to its fullest. We provide solutions for people with pain, pelvic health and neurological conditions return to their best life.

What We Offer
Occupational Therapy across the lifespan
Restorative Solutions is an outpatient therapy clinic serving Northern Pinellas and Northwest Hillsborough Counties at our office or in your home. We offer Rehabilitative Therapy & Wellness services focused on Pelvic Health, Orthopedic and Neurological Conditions.
We provide a holistic and patient centered approach to address changes that come as we age from pelvic pain and bladder leakage to orthopedic issues and pain that keep you from doing things you love. These types of conditions should not be a burden to you as you age.
Maximize your recovery and regain independence with our adult OT services, which include orthopedic, pelvic health, and neurological care. Whether you’re recovering from surgery or an injury, we’re committed to helping you resume the daily activities that matter most to you—be it at home, socially, or at work.
Aging in place safely and independently is crucial. Our senior OT services are tailored to help you stay in your home as long as possible, addressing common challenges like injuries and the risks of falls. Understanding the difficulty of traveling to a clinic, we also offer convenient mobile outpatient services right in your home.
Help your child reach their full potential with our pediatric OT services, designed for children aged 5 to 18 years. We focus on enhancing executive functions, addressing retained reflexes, improving sensory processing, and developing fine and gross motor skills, along with self-care abilities necessary for learning and growth.

Restorative Solutions was founded by an Occupational Therapist. Using experience providing 22 years of therapy, Restorative Solutions was built with our patients in mind. Our passion is getting people back to participating in their lives anywhere from their daily living skills, work or play. Using the biopsychosocial model helps us look at the whole person, mind and body, to come up with a treatment plan that works for each individual.

- Focus is on you: we work 1:1 with you and only you during our rehab sessions. The only time you are in a group is if you take one of our wellness offerings.
